What Supplier Verification Actually Checks
Verification answers three questions a listing cannot:
- Is it a real factory? Prices and photos online do not tell you whether the supplier can make your product to spec, or whether it is a factory at all. We visit in person before you commit.
- Can it make your product? Production capability is checked against your specification, quantity and packaging requirements — not taken from a profile page.
- Does the sample match? Samples are checked against what you asked for, so the bulk order is made to an approved sample, not a listing photo.

How Supplier Verification Works — Step by Step
1. Send the supplier or the product
Send the supplier you are considering, or the product link, photo or specification. Within 24 hours you receive a free supplier list and quotation you can compare against any price you already have.
2. We visit the factory in person
Our Shenzhen team visits the factory and verifies the business licence and production capability.
3. Samples are checked against your specification
Before you commit, samples are checked against what you asked for — the check that stops a bulk order being made to the wrong specification.
4. You get the evidence before you commit
Photo and video reports from the visit, so your decision to proceed — or not — is based on what was actually seen.
5. Production only follows a verified supplier
If the supplier passes, sourcing proceeds: production is followed up, and every order is inspected to AQL 2.5 before shipment. Supplier Verification Is Not the Same as Verifying an Agent

Verification Fees — Part of the Plans, Not an Add-On
We do not publish a separate verification line on your bill:
- Pro Plan — $0 service fee. We source from our verified suppliers; supplier verification, sourcing, production follow-up, AQL 2.5 inspection and 3 months free warehousing are included in the unit price you approve before production. The Pro Plan also includes our quality guarantee: free replacement or compensation if quality issues arise.
- Basic Plan — 5% of product value, minimum $100. You use your own suppliers; we conduct AQL 2.5 inspection at our warehouse and arrange door-to-door shipping. Includes 1 month free warehousing. The quality guarantee does not apply on Basic, because the suppliers are yours, not ours.
