Send a product link, photo or specification, plus what your custom packaging and branding need to be. Within 24 hours you receive a free supplier list and quotation you can compare against any price you already have. Low MOQ is welcome — many clients start with a small trial order before scaling.
2. Supplier verified, specification confirmed
We confirm the product specification, quantity, packaging and branding against your requirements, and verify the supplier in person before you commit.
3. Approve the sample
Samples are checked against your specification, so orders are made to an approved sample — packaging and branding included in what is approved.
4. Order followed up
Your order is tracked through production, with photo and video updates, so a drift from the approved sample is caught early.
5. AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment
Orders are inspected to AQL 2.5 — workmanship, specification, function, quantity, packaging and labelling — with a photo and video report before shipment.
6. Warehousing and door-to-door delivery
Goods are held and consolidated at our Shenzhen warehouse — free warehousing for 3 months on the Pro Plan, 1 month on Basic — then shipped door-to-door with customs help.

We do not publish a separate private label, branding or custom-packaging fee. Working through us runs on the same two published plans as every other service:
- Pro Plan — $0 service fee. We source from our verified suppliers; sourcing, production follow-up, AQL 2.5 inspection and 3 months free warehousing are included in the unit price you approve before production. The Pro Plan also includes our quality guarantee: free replacement or compensation if quality issues arise.
- Basic Plan — 5% of product value, minimum $100. You use your own suppliers; we conduct AQL 2.5 inspection at our warehouse and arrange door-to-door shipping. Includes 1 month free warehousing. The quality guarantee does not apply on Basic, because the suppliers are yours, not ours.
